We don't offer direct exchanges. Simply return the unsuitable item for a refund and place a new order right away. We highly recommend ordering immediately so your desired piece doesn't sell out!
How do I return an item?
Pack the item with the completed Return Form that came with your package and ship it to our headquarters using any carrier at your own cost. For the full return address and detailed instructions, visit our Returns page.
When and how will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 14 days of you shipping the return. The money is automatically sent back to your original payment method – directly to your card, to your bank account for Cash on Delivery, or back to your gift card.
