RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURNS)
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 30 days from the date of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
Returned goods must meet the following conditions:

The goods must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition

The goods must include all original tags and labels

The goods must not show any signs of use
HOW TO RETURN GOODS

To make the return process easier, you may use our DPD courier pick-up service:
https://rmp.dpdgroup.com/015/silvini
You can choose the pick-up date and address.
The courier will bring the shipping label and provide a receipt for the parcel.
COSTS OF RETURN
The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed or in the case of a justified complaint.
REFUND PROCESS
Once we receive the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days at the latest.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Please include the Silvini delivery note with the return and indicate your preferred bank account number for the refund, if applicable.
COMPLAINTS (DEFECTIVE GOODS)
If the goods are defective, the customer has the right to make a complaint in accordance with applicable legal regulations.
Complaints will be handled without undue delay, no later than 30 days from the date of submission.
REFUNDS FOR GIFT CARD PAYMENTS
If the order was paid using a gift card, the refunded amount will be returned to the same gift card.
The gift card can be reused for future purchases.
