DPD courier

Have your parcel picked up at your home or work. Simply visit the link https://rmp.dpdgroup.com/015/silvini and fill in the necessary information for the courier to pick up your package. You choose on which day and at which address the courier should pick up the goods. 

You will receive a text message or e-mail with the time range of the DPD courier's arrival on the given day. 

The courier will bring you a shipping label, which he will stick on the package and give you a receipt for the goods. 

The parcel is then sent to us at Silvini. We send the money for the returned goods back to your account as soon as we receive the package.

Please include the Silvini delivery note, so we can simply identify your order. It is important to indicate your preferred account number for the refund.

We will notify you by email once we receive the goods to confirm the return process.
